Megalite Nigeria delivers nationwide, and orders within Lagos usually take between one to three working days to arrive. Deliveries to other states typically take three to seven working days, while deliveries to more remote locations may take slightly longer depending on logistics. Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and the weight or size of the item, and the exact amount will be displayed during checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within forty-eight hours of receiving their item if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not the item that was ordered. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, items without the original packaging, or items damaged due to improper handling by the customer. Refunds are processed within five to ten working days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Customers who prefer an exchange instead of a refund may request one if the item qualifies.
